It was an absolutely beautiful location, very comfortable & clean everything we needed would definitely stay again.

Self contained. No breakfast but a delightful setting to be in.

The location was a long but lovely drive to Hobbiton or town.

Well appointed, well equipped studio type accomodation ideal for a relaxing night away in the country. Warm, cozy, secure and comfortable. Loved the wee 4 legged visitors that checked on us regularly!

Extremely well presented, facilities excellent, location was ‘green’.

far from town but easy with a car, full guest space and easy to use kitchen that was fully stocked

Everything. When we arrived, they were very helpful, pointing us in the right direction. The room was already nice and warm, and the place was clean and tidy. The layout was great, with the bed having a wall between the lounge and kitchen area, with the bathroom just behind the kitchen. Presentation and layout were perfection in itself. Everything that you could possibly need to cook a basic meal was there. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Even though it's connected to the house, it is very private with the deck looking out on a farm race with a grassy area and trees. Perfect place to enjoy the peace and quite or if you're not used to noise that a town brings.

Nothing. The only thing I'd change is the addition of an inside door mat to put your wet shoes on so as the carpet is protected.
