A peaceful countryside retreat for those who enjoy relaxing stays, not far from Hobbiton, Matamata and Cambridge. Beautiful grounds and a calm rural atmosphere. Clean, well-equipped one-bedroom accommodation with a proper kitchen perfect for staying more than one night.

Absolutamente todo. En un entorno de ensueño, dispones de un apartamento completo (dormitorio con gran armario y vistas al bosque, cocina completa, zona de estar con TV y un amplio baño) con entrada y parking cubierto independiente para relajarte y disfrutar de la naturaleza neozelandesa. Los anfitriones, súper amables, viven en la casa de al lado y tienen dos perros muy simpáticos :)

I like that it was easy to access, was small but not too small, and was comfortable. I especially appreciated the bathroom and shower size. Lastly, I appreciate the fresh coffee and press.

There was nothing (inside the property owners control) that i didn't like. It was a lovely stay.

Tranquility of the place and 2 very friendly dogs

Beautiful location and scenery. Quiet. Nice waking up to the sounds of the country. Excellent directions provided to us for getting to the property. We visited Matamata and Hobbiton from here. Very comfortable bed. Loved having a wardrobe to hang up our clothing. Good ensuite and kitchenette. Carport for the car. Balcony outside for sitting and relaxing.

Spacious, super clean, beautiful place and surrounding!

I was looking for a quiet peaceful environment and it ticked all boxes. If you dont mind the back road travel to get there then I highly recommend. The roads are all good. I will stay again

I wouldnt recommend any changes personally. I probably would have preferred a TV in the bedroom as I enjoyed sitting on the bed with the outdoor view. So I didnt watch TV. But not a bad thing

I Loved The bird life in the backyard. Lovely comfortable bed. Enjoyed our brief stay
