"Zeer goed, attentvol personeel in een karaktervol gebouw."

De ongelofelijke aandacht die we van het personeel kregen. Zeer lieve mensen die je volledig ontzorgen.

Enkel het fruitsap, jusd’orange, had vers geperst moeten zijn, doch dit weegt absoluut niet op tegen alle andere (zelfgebakken) lekkernijen.

Fiquei alojada na Senhora do Carmo Charm House e só posso dizer que foi uma experiência maravilhosa. A casa é lindíssima, cheia de charme e com imenso bom gosto na decoração. Senti-me em casa desde o primeiro momento. O pequeno-almoço é simplesmente delicioso, com produtos frescos, locais e preparados com muito carinho — todos os dias era uma surpresa diferente e sempre tudo ótimo. O staff, a Vitória e a Rafaela merece um enorme elogio. Foram incrivelmente atenciosas, disponíveis e sempre com um sorriso no rosto. Fizeram mesmo a diferença na nossa estadia e contribuíram para que fosse tudo perfeito. É um sítio cheio de alma, onde se sente paz, conforto e uma verdadeira hospitalidade açoriana. Sem dúvida, um lugar para voltar.

Das gesamte Hotel in dem alten Haus, einschließlich Garten, Terrasse und Whirlpool ist super charmant angelegt. Das Personal war absolut herzlich und man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

Last week we got to know a wonderful island. This tastefully designed, clean, quiet building and our room also contributed to this. The sumptuous and varied breakfast, with many delicacies and a different local specialty every day, always sets the scene for a great day. Everyone was very kind and helpful. We almost felt at home, not in a hotel. The garden is also very beautiful, the jacuzzi is great, so we are glad that we chose this accommodation steeped in history, yet modern!Thank you for everything and we wish you all the best!
