Very affordable

Parking was not included Also it took a long time to reach there by car as due to construction the google map was not easy to follow

Its a nice Hotel , good staff , Good reception and Cafeteria . My Check out time was 2:00 pm but they coperate with me by giving extra time free of cost as my Train was on 5:50

Location was ok, not far from prophet’s masjid/ about 10 minutes walk. The view was very beautiful from the window.

The level of cleanliness was very poor. Obvious food waste inside the bathroom sink drain. Bed sheets and duvet covers were dirty. Walls are stained. TV didn’t work. Light switches not working properly. Chairs were dirty. Control unit for AC was so high to reach. The air conditioning panel next to the tv was fake. Room has not been made ready before arrival. We had to ask for towels/ tea and sugar on arrival. No coffee was provided. Mattresses and beds were different levels with some lower than usual that we had to ask for replacement. Staff not really keen on providing good customer service/ only giving you things you are entitled to when you ask for it.The drawer next to the fridge didn’t close properly. The doorbell outside didn’t work. We had to ask to change rooms three different times only to find the least dirty room.The pillows were placed on top of the charger sockets which is a fire hazard.There was a hole in the wall from a missing light. The elevator had a bad stench of rotten chlorine.🤢🤢🤮🤮

Just the location even though I still went and booked another hotel close because of how rude the staff were

Everything else the lift the room the staff specially. They are very rude and backchat everything you say I asked a question the guy replied like in the most rudest way back I asked him why he’s replying like that and he rolled his eyes and started giggling. I hated the place and the staff they don’t give a *beep* about you so anyone reading this please go somewhere else and I’ve mentioned it to my millions on insta and YouTube so hopefully the guy that was rude to me your welcome *he was the Egyptian guy in the front desk*
