Nothing at all I had reach yesterday at hotel at w pm. . I have suffered a lot 3 hour's with my parents and family. Despite the confirmation of booking they have refused to give us room and send us to other Andalus hotel. The staff over the other hotel refused to accommodate us. They send us to another one. What pathetic service and behaviour is this. Thorough miss management.

Later after the 4 hours struggle we have managed to get one. But the poor parents has suffered unimaginably worse. My father is a heart patient, his condition get effected due to moving here n there and heat conditions. Who is responsible for this pathetic mis management. You all did this to hajji and people who came to visit our beloved Prophet. Please for God Sake don't tease people like this. Try to facilitate if they have make a confirmed booking. Compensate us for inconvenience, mis management and travel expenses to move from more than 2 hotels. Try to not do this with anyone please.

Bad matress no towel have to asked for towels. Wash basin tap broken

Have not towels in room. No coffee maker, drinking water, and lift not good. Bedsheets cover have stains.

I made my reservation and I had informed about my late check-in, when I arrived at 1 am, hotel staff mentioned that all rooms are full and I have to wait until 4 pm… i was left with no option except finding another place to stay
