Lift was not working Had room on 8th floor And the toilet on lobby floor was not working

Nice location, near to Alharam

Poor service, lift not working, we had to go to 10th floor by stairs

I’ll make this small, the only thing good about the place is that it’s near the mosque, period.

The room I booked was supposed to have 5 beds, I was given a room with 4 beds. It was dirty and no one showed up to clean the room during my entire stay. The entire building and lobbies were dirty, I was charged for parking on a per day basis while the hotel had its own parking. Lifts were only 2 and the building is 10 floor so it creates chaos at lift entry. On my second date there was some issue with a large group and they were sitting in front of my room and making a lot of noise and fighting. The only good thing was the location, the building is poorly managed and once you get into the room the service is zero.
