Riad Le Palais

La ubicación, la amabilidad del personal y el desayuno fue fantástico.

Habiamos reservado un apartamento del Riad con 3 habitaciones, nos cambiaron a dos habitaciones dentro del Riad, eso no fue problema, pero la habitación que nos asignaron hacia mucho calor y no había aire acondicionado solo un ventilador. El Riad es bonito pero le falta una buena reforma. Por el precio tampoco se puede pedir nada.

Le petit déjeuner pas top. La dame qui préparait les petits déjeuner n'arrivait pas avant 8h , ce qui a fait qu'on a eu droit à un yaourt tiède qui est resté dehors du frigo toute la nuit et un petit déjeuner pas frais que nous avons dû demander à plusieurs reprises d'y avoir plus tôt vu qu'on partait à 7h30.

The property was good but in washroom they need to put toothpaste shampoo and soap for bathing. There was no warm water as well. Otherwise everything was good.

Fantastic well-kept riad in a great location in the medina. I felt very safe and welcome here as a solo female traveller, the facilities were clean and well maintained. The staff were great and really helpful and friendly, helping with all aspects of check in and my onward journey, Issa(?) was great and helped me out when i needed boarding passes, and also when i panicked that I had locked myself out at 2am. Particularly exceptional was breakfast and the lovely Nadia, who was a great help to me throughout my whole stay. I didn't want to leave! Thanks so much for making an excellent holiday, I will definitely revisit.
