"Nous n'avons pas eu le studio réservé avec nue compensation pas en rapport"

Le studio que nous avions réservé n'était pas disponible et on nous a donné trois chambres dont une sans salle de bains en nous promettant que l'on pourrait modifier le lendemain et nous n'avons plus vu personne pendant deux jours. On nous a donné l'accès à la cuisine mais il n'y a pas de casserole et le four est inopérant. Propreté moyenne et entretien approximatif.
