The Kip

The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, great offering and available from 8am to 4pm was great. Super small property, all the staff knew your room number.

The AC in the room stopped working mid stay and was never turned on again, did not work. The room had a fully outdoor bathroom, which is amazing but at night or anytime you need to use the washroom, lots of mosquitos can enter the room which can be quite aggressive.

I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay to end 2024. The Kip is a beautiful and peaceful sanctuary in the jungle. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, welcoming and knowledgeable. They make your stay the best it could be and always there to help and bring a smile to your day. The breakfast, served until 4pm, is absolutely delicious and has variety for whatever you feel like that day. The garden and pool are immaculately looked after and offer a calming place to relax. It was the perfect stay and I can't wait to go back!

Calm, peaceful atmosphere. Incredibly stylish with original artwork everywhere, all aesthetics carefully thought through. Staff incredibly attentive and careful.

The property is beautiful, we liked the settings and the vibe.

The open bathroom. Water splashed all over the place when using the shower. The room had no hangers for clothing. We booked our stay through Booking.com, and it stated that check out time was from 10 to 11 am. At 10:15, one of the employees knocked on our door and told us at that we have to leave the room immediately because other customers were waiting for the room.

there weren't enough shelves in the shower so my wife could fit all her cosmetics;) there is a new hotel building under construction in the backyard, the workers were a bit of a nuisance in the mornings, but that's temporary
