We couldn't find the place, and consider this a scam. The people next door didn't know the place nor did the police

Generell war die Unterkunft schön eingerichtet und der Zugang war beinahe reibungslos. Die Lage ist gut. Lediglich die Parkmöglichkeiten sehr eingeschränkt!

Kakerlaken im Zimmer, unfassbare Vorwürfe der Anbieterin und wenig Handhabe einer Rückerstattung durch Booking. Die schlechteste Erfahrung seitdem ich bei Booking.com buche! Wir haben der Anbieterin mehrmals versucht mitzuteilen, dass Kakerlaken im Zimmer sind. Weder booking.com noch wir konnten sie am späten Abend gegen 20:30 Uhr erreichen und das obwohl der Check-In bis 21.00 Uhr angeboten wird. Booking hat uns im Zuge unserer telefonischen Beschwerde eine Gutschrift von 25 Euro zukommen lassen. Nachdem wir die SIEBTE (!!) Kakerlake erschlagen haben, sahen wir uns gezwungen das Apartment zu verlassen und noch gegen 23:30 in einem anderem Zimmer einzuchecken. Auf eine erneute Anfrage bei der Anbieterin per WhatsApp wurde uns unterstellt die Kakerlaken absichtlich mitgebracht zu haben um den Preis zu senken. Zudem hat sie uns eine gute Heimreise gewünscht, erwähnt, dass wir nicht mehr willkommen sind und auch keinerlei Rückerstattung zu erwarten haben. Weitere Nachrichten meiner Seits wurden ignoriert. Das ist kein tragbares Verhalten eines Anbieters und absolut kein professioneller Umgang mit Gästen. Diese Bewertung schreibe ich sicherlich nicht gerne und es macht mir auch keinen Spaß unzählige Telefonate mit dem Management von Booking.com zu führen. Ich wurde aber darum geben eine ehrliche Bewertung abzugeben um auch andere Gäste davor zu warnen ! Mir geht es nicht um die Erstattung der Übernachtung (welche sicherlich angemessen wäre) sondern um das Prinzip wie man mit Gästen umzugehen hat! Daher absolut keine Weiterempfehlung!

I booked this accommodation through booking.com however it turnout to be a scam. There was no booking, no at the gate and no instructions. I eventually jumped over the gate, spoke to one of the residence who gave me the owner of the building ‘number. She knew nothing of any booking and said the scam has happened 3 times in the past few weeks. I expect a full refund of the R 2800 that I paid. Also, how do you guys vet this advertisement and how is this even allowed to happen on Booking.com??? Madness! I hope you take this seriously and get back to me with a resolve.

Close to everything, clean & modern everything you need.

As this is pet-friendly accommodation, unfortunately no dedicated fenced area for the dogs. No safety-gate to keep pets from running outside. This made it impossible to go any ware without the dogs.

Charmant appartement, près de la plage et de magasins. Krystal est tres sympathique , avec accueil sympathique...je recommande cet appartement

Host was not easy to reach during check in, was unable to access teh unit and unit I was able to access did not meet expectations. I exited the property shortly after and requested a refund.
