Mermaid Pool Studios and Bar

We really liked the pool area and the area was great but only because we rented a car otherwise it would have been very uncomfortable to walk to different beaches in the heat!!

The host did not meet us the night of our arrival even though we contacted them to say we would be arriving at midnight. They tried to say they waited up for us but no one came but we were around the pool area and bar area from mist night up to 3AM and we called THE NUMBER PROVIDED WAS INCORRECT! Eventually we decided to sleep in our rental car as it wouldn’t have been worth paying in another hotel. The hosts apologised and only offered free coffee. Very disappointing. Other than this everything was satisfied but beware if you are arriving late!!! 🙁

The shower cabin is a little uncomfortable, mosquitoes bothered me at night.

Owner very present and very welcoming. Beautiful large pool and sufficient sun beds. There was always food and drink available at the bar. Room was cosy and well equipped for cooking and preparing food.air con and TV in room and balcony with pool view and table and chairs for relaxing. super market right by the apartments as well as ATM. Restaurants and beaches within walking distance, however you are a 40-50 min walk from main beach in Paleokastritsa. saying that there is still places to eat and drink in the area that is more picturesque. the main beach is very crowded. There is a bus that can take you there but isn't particularly regular. the bus stop is also right outside the apartments and there is a bus that will go to Corfu town. (about 25 mins) .

nothing bad to say, I had a perfect stay here at the apartments and I would come back. I came with my 10 yo daughter.

The room was clean, comfortable, pleasant. But outdated. The pool was great. Big, clean, nice surrounding. A bit busy during the day since it is open to public.

The owner was nice but his wife was very unpleasant. She never said hi to us, not even returned hello, turning her head the other way round. The room we got did not have any view. So instead of the majority of rooms overlooking beautiful greenery and pool we got a room looking at the bar wall. Disappointing.

The pool area is great. A big pool and pool bar. Plenty of sun beds too! Beds were comfortable and veranda was nice to sit outside. The host was nice and available all day.

The toilet wasn’t great at flushing! The utilities are also a little dated and not a lot of room but can be used for simple easy cooking.
