Stylish flat in Old Trafford

The location is very accessible especially for Manchester United fans wanting to go to Old Trafford. The apartment is big enough for two people. The host communicated the information when necessary. Overall, it was a good experience

Location, it was close to old trafford stadium which was the purpose of the trip with my little lad

Was not very clean, we moved the bed to be able to watch tv at night and the amount of dirt under the bed was awful. There were stains on the skirting boards, the kitchen tap wasnt even fitted, was just hanging on by the flexi hoses beneath. I used the shampoo in the shower, that was fine but when i came to use the conditioner it just shot out a discoloured water that i can only describe as a rotten sewage smell, guessing stagnant water where this hasnt been changed/checked in a while. No fault i guess of the owners but we were situated on the 8th floor with no access to the lifts as they werent working. Not ideal with a 6 year old. I was told i would have check in instructions a couple of hours before check in time (3pm) and i was still chasing this at 3pm. Overall a poor stay

1. Owner did not provide code for the apartment building itself 2. Had to wait for someone to leave / enter to be able to get in to Paragon House 3. The room - NOT a one bedroom apartment , it is a studio with the bed in same room as sofa / TV, not a problem in itself .. until we get to ... 4. Bed .... so many springs you can feel them digging in , absolutely needs a brand new mattress AND two old pillows stuffed in a pillowcase does not constitute a pillow. 5. Two people staying in an apartment surely needs one bath towel and a hand towel ? No. Just one of each between us. 6. Oven had not been cleaned... guessing previous tenant had used it and housekeeping had not noticed. I have photo's of this. 7. Not one plate in the cupboard- self catering? What do we eat off ? 8. The worst "set " of cutlery you will have seen. 9. Wiring at side of wardrobe should surely be boxed in 10. 3 hangers for clothes 11. If you think this is exaggerated.. pictures do not lie.

Flat was well set out

Mattress very uncomfortable and not fit for purpose. Very dirty under the bed (looking for coat hangers) no plates.

Easy check in, would stay here again if back in Manchester. Really close to the tram station. Good experience.

Could do with better blinds, the sun was shining through when all I wanted to do was sleep in.
