Great location, rooms are modern, great value for money. Room got upgraded for free

Seems to be a common thing in Vietnam but no shower screen so when you shower the whole bathroom floor gets covered in water

The location was wonderful. It was good value for money. There were many food options around us, and it was also easy to find.

On our last day, there was a water interruption and the staff didn’t even know how to help us. They didn’t have contingency plans. Three people in our family weren’t able to finish their showers before there was no more water. The rest weren’t able to shower at all. Such a sad way to end our trip.

This was a great place to stay for few days. I had everything I needed. I slept so well, because of a comfy bed and pillows and quiet room. The location is the best. I visited Marble Mountains, Dragon bridge and Lady Buddha by bicycle and went to beach every day. There is a great place near to the hotel, called Just Bikes, for to rent bicycles and motorbikes. Awesome restaurants and cafes everywhere! You can really find every kind of food here. Beach was kind of sporty one, wich was actually nice. Big waves to have fun with. White soft sand. Very clean beach. You can go jogging or do what ever kind of exercise there on the beach area.

Room was quite dark. Only a very small window. So, not so beautiful, but a very practical and clean room though.

They cancel my booking 2 hour upon my arrival because overbooking as they said. After I call to booking.com, they said there is room available suddenly.

Dirty small rooms and terrible stuff that can enter your room without knocking or your permission ang time. They also refused to give until I paid for the water I NEVER drank. I didn’t take your overpriced water, why didn’t you check the bottles after the previous customer????? Why did I have to pay for other people? So I just gave the receptionist 30.000 just for nothing, thank you very much for a terrible experience!
