Valencia Da Nang Beach Hotel

The receptionist was super friendly and it's a great location

The TV did not work, the room did not look like the add, there was a lot of noise throughout the night outside our room

I have booked the room twice At first instance the room was good and everything was perfect Later when I booked again during my return from Hoi an, the staff was rude and arogant. AC was not working and he did not bother to help us

Location was good. They have a lift

The bed was very uncomfortable. Way too hard. Bathroom was ok. Room was very small but overall good for the price

The hotel is in a great location

It's an OK hotel in Da Nang for budget travellers. The room could be cleaner and furniture needs an update.

Bad soundproof. I can hear everything outside, the noise affect my sleeping The bathroom smells of cigarette smoke. It may come from ventilator fan as someone smoke in other room

The hotel is very clean , staff are nice and helpful. I really enjoyed the stay and booked more nights.
