Valencia Da Nang Beach Hotel

Had lifts and was near the beach, I moved from my other hotel because this was cheaper. Big mistake.

The beds where far too hard there is no top mattress makes it incredibly hard. The staff tried to fix by giving me 2 more duvets the room had 2 beds so that’s another 2 totalling 4 very thin folded over to 8 layers still uncomfortably so I left the following morning and booked back into my old hotel around the corner. Didn’t move again after that. Best beds in the locality and for the cost very good.

The reception staffs behaviour is very nice. They are vety much helpful & cordial.

The phone connection & refrigerator did not working, i asked the staff to make it work but they didn’t do that. So i faces some difficulties. As i am a diabetic patient so i have to keep my insulin in the refrigerator but i couldn’t. As phone was not working so for any enquiry i could not contact with the reception.

It’s a very busy hotel in the central part of city and it was ok staying there for a couple days It’s close to the beach and restaurants (especially seafood restaurants)

The bathroom needs a renovation, but generally it was not bad

The location was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. It was pretty basic but for the price this should be expected.

The room and shower needed upgrading, the window frame was broken and the bed was very hard.

Very good deal for the money

Photos of the room shows small window with sky outside, but thats clearly a photoshop because behind the window there is only a hallway with elecator. Not a big deal but why do that?? Staff lost my passport for like 20 minutes it looked that we will not make it to the train, fortunately everything ended up well in the end.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, staff really nice and helpful, good services offered at the desk (laundry, motorbike).

The breakfast was average. Kind of good, but for the 50k you can find better food elsewhere (we loved nearby vegan restaurant, some 3 minutes walking).

For the price you pay it’s a good hotel Originally we got a room with no window despite booking one with city view but after making them aware they changed our room

Some of the staff smoke on the stairs between the floor and sometimes the smell reaches the room It was a problem in our first room but not in the second one we got
