Easy access to airport terminals. Good communications .Good wiffi

Very limited choice on restaurant menu. So staff seem extra pushy, have they their own agendas?. The room could have been vacuumed abit crisps crumps on floor.Though i paid in advance in full,why was i charged an extra £51 odd on top?

The AC wasn't working, and the maintenance person didn't show up within an hour of me informing the front desk. I finally was able to move to another room, which is what should have been done immediately.
