GBIt has been done up to a good standard. Good location near town and train station. Heating very good and you can control it. Bed comfy. It had a washing machine. Just a few minor things stops me giving it 10/10.
A few dishes in the cupboard were dirty and the soap dispenser in the washing machine needs attention There is no rack for the grill. The final thing is something the owner can do nothing about. It's in a semi-commercial area. The staff for the fish monger next door start arriving at 6.40am and they are very noisy. This is no problem if you have to get up early!
