Een prullenbakje op de slaapkamer zou handig zijn eveneens een bakje op de ontbijttafel voor het afval van bv.de yoghurt bekertjes.Het zou eveneens fijn zijn als de host al een plattegrond van de stad zou hebben klaarliggen en ook een nummer voor het bellen van een taxi.

The host here is very kind and friendly. It’s conveniently located just a 7-minute walk from the station. The room, bathroom, and dining room are all very clean and tidy. The complimentary breakfast is served buffet-style and includes bread, coffee (with several types of espresso), milk, fruit juice, and a variety of jams. I can recommend this accommodation to anyone, and I’d love to stay here again when I visit Bologna.

Карло мега приятный владелец апартаментов. Рассказал где провести время и вкусно поесть. Чистота безупречная. Завтрак супер. А, пирог, который Карло печёт, пальчики оближешь. Советую это место на все 100%.

Прекрасен апартамент- стилен, чист, с невероятна гледка към града ! Чудесно посрещане от домакина ! Всичко беше много мило и приятно преживяване ! С удоволствие бихме се върнали там ! Благодарим ти ,Карло !

The room was exceptionally clean and simply, but beautifully decorated; Carlo the owner is very friendly and helpful. Make sure you try his homemade cake at breakfast.

There's nothing negative to say. The location is close to the Central Railway which is partly why we chose it. But if you want to be in the buzz of Bologna it's about 2kms away - but definitely not an onerous walk if you are able.

Appartamento pulitissimo e confortevole, terrazza con bellissima vista sulla città, colazione davvero ottima preparata con cura da Carlo (da assaggiare le sue torte, buonissime!), tutto davvero curato per farti sentire a casa. Ho viaggiato per lavoro, posizione perfetta per la stazione (5minuti a piedi) e per la fiera che si raggiunge comodamente in 5 minuti di taxi. Consigliatissimo!!!
