The property is within walking distance from the train station and has a beautiful view of the hills, churches and towers above the clay roofs of Bologna. Exceptionally clean with a comfortable bed and AC. Balcony perfect for the continental breakfast with home made cakes from Carlo. Carlo let us check in early without any issue and made us feel very welcome! The apartment is very nice with a large bathroom and very quiet. We felt very safe here with multiple locks and access codes to get in.

Für italienische Verhältnisse war das Frühstück gut. U. a. leckerer Kuchen - selbstgebacken - vom Gastgeber. Der hatte viele gute Tipps, wo man in Bologna zum Essen hingehen sollte. Check-In sehr unkompliziert über WhattsApp geregelt. Die Fotos der Unterkunft in booking.com entsprachen der Realität.

Eigentlich nichts.

Alles war wunderbar, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Die Betten sind zwar auf der harten Seite, aber dennoch bequem. Die Lage ist gut, nahe zum Zentrum und gute ÖV-Verbindungen direkt vor der Tür. In der Wohnung ist es ruhig und wir konnten sehr gut schlafen. Carlo ist ein super Gastgeber, hat fürs Frühstück sogar extra einen Kuchen gebacken und uns bei diesem heissen Wetter mit kaltem Wasser versorgt. Wir freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt!

The room was perfect, the host was very kind and very helpfull. We felt safe and comfy. The balcony has wonderful View.The bus station is right accross the road but with a 15 minutes walk you are at the center. Breakfast was as we like it. Felt like Home. The homemade cake was delicius. We strongly recommend it. Thanks a lot Carlos for everything.

The neighborhood didnt seem to be very safe but we didnt have Any problem eventually as Carlos said. Our return time back to the apartment however was before 8 at the evening.

I had an excellent stay at B&Bononia View, and the entire experience was truly enjoyable. The location is ideal – peaceful, very close to the central train station and also within easy reach of the Bologna Fair, as well as the historic city center and main attractions. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, offering everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. Most importantly, I’d like to thank Carlo, our host, for his warm hospitality. He was always friendly, helpful, and available to offer great local recommendations. His attention to detail really made us feel at home. Very nice place,close to the central station. The room was very bright and clean and with a nice view.There was very good breakfast prepared.
