Nothing. Absolute worst of everything. I have so many complaints already pending with booking.com, even they aren't sorted yet. I am disappointed to the utmost level.

Everything. They looted my money, I made such a big monetary loss and no one refunded me. Extreme disappointed with booking.com in terms of handling this case.
