The many steps to go up to the room!

Great location in the centre of town near everything. Fine to keep bikes in hallway on ground floor, no reception but owner very helpful and friendly and responded quickly to telephone call when we arrived and talked us through keys and accessing rooms etc.

Unfortunate timing for us as the road right outside our window was being dug up and the very noisy roadworks started each morning before 8am. Diggers etc. were moving from before 7am The roadworks and vehicles were very loud and woke us up. It was imoossible to get back to sleep😢😠

Location is really great, right in the heart of old San Miniato (upper town). Early check-in (from 11am). Water and small snacks available at the room.

The room was really tight for 2 persons with luggage. And the bathroom was even tighter with really small bath. No kettle or coffee machine at the room 🙁

Woman who helped me check in was helpful and friendly. Location was central and close to parking.

Room was very loud. Had to turn on fan to balance outside noise which made the room cold. Is not a very comfortable room.

Location, big room with modern bathroom, SmartTV, very good communication for checkin and kind owners. Great mattress right on main pedestrian street. Windows shut out any street noise.

The room was very lovely and very comfortable with beautiful views of the surroundings. It was in a great spot close to the town centre shops and restaurants The owners went out of their to ensure our comfort- they were exceptional
