Very helpfull staff but noisy nightlife in front of the place.

I loved the location of this property! The manager was very nice and gave excellent restaurant recommendations. Beautiful town.

The only thing that is necessary and easily added to a room is a full length mirror.

Communication with the host and quick check-in.

The noise in the evening/night from people outside in the street. Very loud and annoying.

The host is very nice and super attentive. He was available at all times to answer questions and make recommendations. The location is perfect.

A beautiful room, in a medieval house. We were walking the Via Francigena, the owner very kindly let us early, as the weather was so wet, after communicating on WhatsApp. She very patiently gave us a map of the town, and recommended where we could spend the afternoon.

The room is well decorated and very confortable. Well located to discover San Miniato. The communication was good with our host.

Be aware that you need to book your restaurant for your stay. We were there just before Easter and everything was full :/

The host was lovely and the location was so central. Great food recommendations .

It was the worst nights sleep of my life. It felt like we were outside. The music, the shouting, the doors clamming, car horns…the list goes on. It eventually went quiet at 4am and we managed to sleep 4-7am 😞
