Limited lakeview, not as expected as advertised "Lakeview".See photos. Mugs provided are too small, drawer bed mattress sinking i.e. bad condition., toilet cabinet rotting. Started off well, but the deposit was refunded more than 24 hours than promised. We had to message and ask and were responded in a rather unfriendly way. Bad customer experience. Some may think RM100 is nothing, but some it's a big thing. DO NOT treat your customers in such a way.
SGroom size is good for family
feels very unconfortable with bedsheets and pillows. Room needs refurbishment
