BNI like the big room size and have self laundry facilities. Super easy access to sunway pyramid mall and sunway lagoon. Staff is very accommodating and fast response.
The lift is a bit inconvinient going down the stairs first just to use the lift. Not ederly friendly. The deposit and payment also inconvenient since I don't have malaysian account.
BNGreat location for shopping and easy access to KL central (by Grab Taxi). This was just a shopping trip for us, so it was a great location. We have stayed in the building before, and our previous stay was very good.
The owner insisted on communicating outside of Booking.com. He refused to take overseas card payment, so we ended up paying cash to two very rude men who came knocking on the door. They arrived late, so we had to wait in for them. The apartment was dirty, the bedding was marked, and the beds were uncomfortable. It's a shame because the building it is in is very nice. Just make sure you book with someone else if you decide to stay there.
