Great pub, with a nice atmosphere, very good restaurant too, accommodation is spotless, tea/ coffee, even biscuits in room. We have stayed before, this was our 2nd visit.

Ideally located for visiting family. Friendly helpful owners and stuff. Very good food. Rooms clean and comfortable. Lovely outside seating area with views over fields.

Only real annoyance is reach of the WiFi which doesn’t really work in the garden and not at all in the rooms. Could do with better signal boosting.

I wasnt informed when i booked that they were holding a beer festival outside our room with a live band until 11pm. People were sat laughing and drinking until well after midnight, close to our bedroom door and the band were loaded their van walking across a gravel drive at 11.30. No chance of any sleep until close to 1am
