Lovely friendly country pub

Poor wi fi in room

Lovely quiet village. Lovely pub. It's really nice inside and recently refurbished. They have done a good job. The accommodation is in one of the 3 or 4 rooms behind the pub and was exactly what we wanted. Nice room, good bathroom. I suspect the rooms/building is quite new. Once the pub had emptied...which was not at all rowdy (they seem to have good clientele with a good atmosphere) we had a very peaceful nights sleep. We missed dinner by minutes but they were very helpful in telling us where we could get food (nearby Watton). Breakfast was amazing - very large full English.

Exceeded our expectations...nothing we didn't like. Perhaps one ever so slight criticism was we didn't quite expect food to stop being served by 8.30 and hoped it would have been a bit later so we just missed out.

Nice clean room good shower .. The staff were Great real friendly ..And the food was Great would stop there again .. almost forgot nice selection of Beers 🍻 👌

It was very nice,the room was very clean all most new,the staff were very welcoming so we're the locals,we had a good stay.we didn't eat there so cannot comment.

Only thing there is no hairdryer,so take your own.

Getting back after 9pm on Sat night meant car park was full, so street parking only option. However, having popped into the bar to unwind pub customers departed end of night and able to park up at accommodation before retiring, so no biggy really.

Breakfast was very good although I feel tea and coffee should be included the price of breakfast. You need to book breakfast the evening before. Very good bacon and mushrooms.
