Pool area

The place is for couples around needing to do some “business”, it’s not for travellers. Staff was never at the reception and the bed and bedding was very uncomfortable. No WiFi too

Customer service🫠😄De palace suff I rate you 10/10

On Sunday around 12:00 When they want us to take out our bags and everything so that they can use the room, they said our day 2 stay is going to start at 18:00 so from 12:00 until 18:00 we stay out, meaning there to the pool with our everything we will get inside a room at 18:00, atleast they should have said it's a room service for 30 min or hour that where definitely gonna sound better unlike 18:00. But atleast we did communicate about it with 1 of De palace stuff and she did understand but they said next time we must know that from 12:00 until 17:59 room don't belong to us. So which means visiting at De palace for 2 nights without a car is stressing, u gonna seat there on couch with your bags until 18:00 waiting for day 2 to start 😑
