"very bad stay place should not be listed on booking.com"

treatment of guests is not the same as we that booked through booking.com are not respected and our privacy not respected rooms don’t even locks we were also chased away at midnight as they said the place is fully booked out luggage was packed by them and put out of our rooms and we were never notified we were told when we went back to sleep late at around 12Hrs30 am

the owners are rude as they didn’t want to talk to us and did not even want to pay us back
