Habitación amplia y baño con bañera grande y ducha, albornoz y zapatillas, ubicación muy buena en el centro de la ciudad, camas muy cómodas y el personal agradable y resolutivo, también disponer de cafetera en la habitación con café de capsulas también fue bueno

La insonorización brilla por su ausencia y en la situación que se encuentra los ruidos de madrugada son muy molestos teniendo que solicitar tapones para poder dormir hay que decir que desde la recepción nos los facilitaron rápido, por otra parte apenas dispones de tomas de corriente libres para cargar aparatos imprescindibles a día de hoy, el desayuno muy cortito el café no estaba bueno y en general baja calidad y repetitivo con pocas opciones aparte del english breakfast

The location was great near everything

We felt like we shouldn't have been there as it was full of Americans and we felt we shouldn't have been in the restaurant they were to busy talking to them!!

Nice bathroom and room ,great live music,lovely staff and great location

Toilet seat completely dislodged itself shortly after we arrived . Maintenance fixed it quickly but it should not have happened. There were no glasses for water and no plug point near a mirror for hair drying/ styling and no info about places to see and eat in the room. The main public area and bar was freezing and drafty in the evening as the hotel door was wide open and staffed with bouncers all evening. When we and many others asked for it to be closed we were refused. The manager was disinterested. We spent a lot of money in the hotel and all of the above was disappointing in a hotel of such quality.
