Location great

Didn’t clean the room or replenish the tea and coffee even though requested. Amenities were poor. Very load outside well in to 2-3 in the morning.

Excellent hotel,very modern& felt luxurious, brilliant location everything on your doorstep, breakfast has an amazing selection and fabulous. Staff are very pleasant and really friendly. Amazing please to stay and would highly recommend for exploring Liverpool. If you love The Beatles or just music you will love this place.
