The hotel is central to everything. The staff, bedrooms and restsurant are brilliant

The hotel is very centrally located with a Beatles theme. Staff at the hotel made our stay-nothing is too much. Room was lovely-very well equipped with amenities and toiletries etc.

Not staying longer!

Great location in the heart of Liverpool. Comfortable bed. Average breakfast. Beatles theme is great.

Shower is small and the room seemed tired - chipped paint. Air con is very weak and not able to cool the room. Windows don’t open. Noise around the hotel is a problem so sleep was limited!

No ventilation windows sealed Fan on a 20 minute timer & had to reset So very uncomfortable night’s sleep

I love everything about this hotel. Staff are super friendly,hotel and rooms are spotless. This was my third time in a row staying here and I honestly can't wait for next year to go back

I was disappointed in the North 64 restaurant at the hotel as they have a new head chef and he has turned into a fine dining. Not much on the menu and very expensive for the what we had. We left still hungry. I liked the old menu of good old British dining of fish and chips,steak etc. I'm sorry to say i won't be dining in there again.

Loud music from below , outside hotel until 3am Reception desk said that what you get when you choose a central based hotel. They were not interested in our complaints in the slightest, disappointing

Its location was very handy

No room service and breakfast didn’t open until 8am and we had to leave at 6.45am. No driver in the room and a fan that would not turn off in the bathroom all night.
