Hard Days Night Hotel Liverpool

Room spacious, unfortunately bathroom sink blocked, bed comfy, location awesome to everywhere, lifts available to add to the comfort of getting to room!

The place was great and had Beatles all around it which is what we expected from it. The hotel is absolutely well maintained, very clean and there was nothing out of place. It was one of the best places I've ever stayed and worth it, specially for the experience.

The room was a lovely size and clean. The bed was large and comfortable The evening meal we had was good quality and the waiting staff friendly

In the room there were no glasses, water, information about the facilities and the cleaning door tabs were missing. We asked for the room to be serviced the following day but could only see that they had replenished the toilet paper and had to ask for more coffee and milk. Still no water and glasses. The weather was extremely hot. We had breakfast at 9.30 on the first day and the choice was limited, as many things had run out. The scrambled eggs were very overcooked. There were no glasses on the table, no side plates by the toaster, I had to ask for spoons and at 10 o clock on the dot the curtain was pulled across the buffet, leaving me to scramble to get a second cup of coffee. On the second day I noted one of the breakfast staff's apron was filthy and 2 of the male staff wiped their noses and then continued laying tables without washing their hands.

I loved how close it was to all the Beatles sights! And I loved hearing Beatles music at breakfast!

if I had to say ANYTHING it would be that the AC couldn’t turn low enough, but I’m privileged as an American to have Icebox AC so I knew coming back to Europe I wouldn’t get that.
