Three Bedroom Flat at Ocean Village

Location is great, Main St and bus terminal close by, restaurants and bars at the marina on your doorstep. The pool area was lovely. The property is spacious, balcony was a plus, 2 bathrooms useful for our group. Security of building good, lift always worked.

The location was great and very secure

It’s very tired and needs work not very clean doors didn’t close properly on the bedrooms.

Great location, and good size with three good size rooms. Beds were comfortable.

It needed a bit of a deep clean, furniture a little mismatched and dated. Outside furniture not very comfortable. Property is also subject to a lot or road noise although common for Gibraltar. Communication from owner not very good and needed prompting.

Apartment was located in Ocean Village with easy access to bars, restaurants, convenience stores within Ocean Village and 2 minute walk to Casemates Square and bus terminus. . Apartment was as described with views of the Rock. Communication was excellent, informative, clear and timely. Gave instructions of the location, key codes for the building and the lock box. Provided the WI FI codes. The bedding and towels provided were clean and sufficient.

Areas of the Apartment needed a little TLC and some areas such as the kitchen and oven required a clean.

Accommodation provided items like beach chairs, beach toys, toys for kids, washing powder, dishwasher tablets, tea, coffee, sugar. These simple items were a gratefully received

Nothing major. A welcome pack with information would have been handy rather that a text once we arrived. The aircon in living room information, the correct car spot information being clearer. Other than that it was great

Central for the marina and town square. A spacious living and kitchen area. Although there was an additional fee to use the pool we did make good use of it. It was a nice area to relax in at the end of the day.

Overall cleanliness was okay but could be improved on.
