M Hotel Niseko

Location was excellent. Very near to our skiing site. All the staff were excellent - Dan & Elina and 2 other Japanese staff - one of whom recommended a dinner eating option with transport provided.

Good location

Staff unenthusiastic. No knowledge of town, mountain or restaurants. More like a bed and breakfast place than a hotel.

10-15 minute walk to slopes. The breakfast was okay.

The bed was very uncomfortable - rock hard with no mattress topper. Also, there is fair bit of noise from the streets at night.

Great location right off the main strip. Right near the food vans and Mart which was super convenient. About a 5-10 minute walk to the chairlift. Plenty of gear storage space and the buffet breakfast was a welcome addition.

Unfortunately the staff were unengaged and generally lacked a high level of service. The majority of staff were young kids and were visibly uninterested and/or awkward. You'd expect a warm welcome and warm goodbyes at the very least, which we failed to receive. We asked well in advance to book 2 rooms close to each other, however were given rooms 3 floors apart. The water temperature fluctuates between hot and cold which is certainly unpleasant after a long day on the slopes. Overall our stay was satisfactory.
