M Hotel Niseko

Location was good and the room was a decent size.

The bathrooms really need heaters in them as they’re so wet all the time from steam and the exhaust isn’t enough to dry them out. The room ‘clean’ every three days is literally changing your towels out and emptying the bins. Nothing else. The staff are pretty basic and need some better training. I lost count the amount of times I had to ask them to restock items at each breakfast period. There is also a lot of noise from the Main Street.

Location was great, the breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day.

Did not do a full clean of the room, but we were told it would happen part way through our stay.
