Location, breakfast, staff were friendly and helpful,, locker for ski gear downstairs

Rooms a bit small for the $$, no onsen, lounge needs more activities eg. Pool or shuffleboard.

The room is a bit small, but it's all great

The location was immaculate. The staff were divine. The eggs at breakfast was a bit of a let down. Cold bacon? No one likes cold bacon. The staff once again were the highlight of my stay, providing unreal recommendations for dinner and places to eat warm bacon and warm meals.

Very uncomfortable bed

The location was excellent. Near the ski hill, restaurants, and rental shops. The breakfast was simple, but filling and a good start to a day skiing.

The rooms were cleaned only every 3 days. This was a bit tricky when dealing with wet ski gear/shies. There is not a great place to hang out in the evenings/when not skiing.

Very close to the centre and super convenient

The street the property is on is a party street so there is a bit of noise at night from drunk people. Didn’t bother me much but maybe take that into account if you’re a light sleeper or ask for a room on the other side of the building.
