Location and Breakfast every morning was lovely. The room was clean and spacious enough

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. We requested more pillows to try help but no luck. It was the biggest downfall considering we paid almost $500AUD per night. The staff were friendly but not professional

Location was perfect, close to everything in Hirafu area. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was convenient and tasty. Had a drying room with lockers too.

"Unhygienic room as not cleaned for 6 days, very noisy ."

The girls at the front desk were very helpful. If you want to be surrounded by cafes etc location good , drop off at hirafu centre when we left.

6 night stay no room clean, no rubbish taken away, no clean cups and when asked for clean cups on 3rd day was told there wasn’t enough and they could take ours away and wash them ! Only towel change on 3rd day. Next to a nightclub so very noisy until past 2 am so no sleep. Breakfast should start earlier and have more tables. Would not choose again
