The Barn Lodge

This is the second time we have stayed in the Barn Lodge. The rooms are spacious and clean and comfortable. Tea/coffee dock .good parking and the staff are friendly and helpful. prices are very competitive.

Shared bathroom isn't really an issue. but I guess not to everyone's liking. The wooden staircase is very noisy if you don't want to disturb other guests.

Pleasant owners. Interesting place in a countryside. Nice decorations and atmosphere. Window with a view into garden. Clean. Warm. Kettle, coffe, milk, biscuits to start a nice morning. Thank you.

You hear absolutely everything incl. typing on laptop. Very thin walls, so your privacy depends on your neighbours.

Everything about this facility I liked. I couldn't fault on anything.

If you could get a breakfast I would like it even more but that's food for thought for another day.

The owner was exceptionally good. accommodated being a bit early. Not quite your normal B & B .It's clean a but quirky in a good way. Definitely would stop again.

We had no shower or bathroom but it was next to the room. not that much of an issue.

Very beautiful property. Totally worth the price

Bed was comfortable.

Shared showers downstairs. Only one toilet between 4 or 5 bedrooms upstairs. Shared tea/coffee facilities. No option of having breakfast provided and lack of facilities to prepare breakfast. Walls between rooms extremely thin.
