Great location, with perfect view of the coast and the main square. Clean. Has a washer. Communicative and friendly host.

Shower cubicle is so tiny. AC is located on the lower floor, and never reaches the bed in the upper floor. During summer it’s really warm at night even with the AC on, and cannot sleep.

Amazing location and view! Very well equipped and communication with host very easy.

I have nothing to fault!

Die Lage ist einfach perfekt. Gleich in der Innenstadt, Blick aufs Meer, Parkplätze für 1 Euro pro Stunde zwischen 8:30 bis 20:30 geht auch noch.

Nichts

Great central location in Bari's Old Town with a view over a harbour and Piazza Del Ferrarese with it's many good cafes and restaurants. There was a market in the Piazza while we visited, so it was nice waking up to this. The host had left sweet treats from the local bakery, as well as drinks, which was much appreciated. All communication was excellent, including written information about restaurants, bike hire and amenities in Bari. We used local e bikes through Vaimoo (App) to cycle to both beaches, this is a bike sharing service run by Commune Di Bari and was very easy to use and not expensive. Comfortable large bed and pillows. We loved wandering through Bari's narrow streets, all just outside our door.

Although there was a great air conditioner in the property, the very cool air didn't quite rise to the sleeping mezzanine. However, the property had a fan beside the bed, and this was much appreciated when we visited as it was warm.

We loved the building, accommodation, location and view! The apartment is right next to the charming 'old town' with a view of the Marina. We appreciated thoughtful touches like a typical dolce on arrival and help with our luggage. Umberto is a very helpful and welcoming host!

Location and views over the sea make for perfect sundowners and breakfasts. You get to watch Bari life unfold daily and experience it like a local. Umberto is an extremely helpful host. We are thankful for that!

Nothing - it however can get a bit noisy late at night- so you need to close the doors at bedtime
