A beautiful place in the old town to spend some good time with a splendid view to the sea. A cosy , well equipped apartment with everything you need . The sleeping place is at the ‘Maisonette ’ and you can even see the old port from your bed! You take your breakfast in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening with a wonderful view to the sea . Towels in the bathroom are great quality, overall- everything you need ! Lot of restaurants and nice places around. The owner is very supportive with ideas for sightseeing, restaurants or answering any kind of question. Definitely a great place

The apartment is beautiful and so unique, it has such a welcoming athmosphere, even better than on the photos. The view was the best part, it is really special, I would choose this place anytime for the view alone. It is at the edge of the historical area but so close to everything. Equipped with everything you would need. Alltogether our stay was amazing, many thanks to Umberto, our amazing host!

Perfect location and a beautiful house.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and modern and has all the amenities for cooking. Outside the balcony window is a nice picturesque view of the port and the peaceful square below. It was great to be in the old town and so close to shops. Umberto, the owner, was kind and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommended.

No complaints at all.

Location in the old town. Close to restaurants and supermarkets. The veranda overlooked the marina and giant Christmas tree. The apartment was compact and had everything you needed. Felt like I was part of the new year’s celebration. So nice to have a lift.

The apartment is on a quiet pedestrian alley in the citta vecchia. Along the way we passd a few cafes, a salumeria, and two fresh produce markets. The building lobby was lovely and clean, with a glass elevator or stone staircase to take us upstairs. We were welcomed with pasticcini and tarallini on the table, ice tea and Peroni beers in the refrigerator. Parting the linen draperies revealed a showstopping view of Piazza del Fararrese and the old port, as well as the ramp leading up to the Belvedere, with stunning views of the Adriatic. The bacony quicly became my favorite place to watch sunrises, bobbing boats in the sea, and people from three stories up. The decor inside is smart and functional, with nice touches to meet your eye from almost anywhere is the apartment. The location can't be beat: less than 100 yards away is the intersection of two beautiful boulevards, Corso Vittorio Emanuele II and Corso Cavour. These planted and well groomed streets host restaurants and shops, as well as small parks, fountains, a museum, two large theaters and government buildings - with the Adriatic Sea in view. In fact the museum is built over the water on stilts! For a winter theater, arts and shopping weekend, it was a perfect experience. Can't wait to return in the summer for a beach week-ender. The host is super helpful, available for recommendtions or questions on restuarants and parking, etc.

Hard to say if anything could have been better. If pushed, I would say an increase in hot water capacity would be good, although you just need to wait a few minutes in-between showers if there is more than one in your party. This is a minor detail, I had to think hard to come up with it!

The location is excellent; it's right in the middle of Bari. You might visit the new area or the old town, which has all the shops and restaurants. The apartment has a lovely view and is completely equipped. The building's entryway is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with a lift. It is easy to find the location. We found some welcome drinks and cakes. We were surprised. The owner was a gentleman and a helpful man. In addition to letting us check in early, he held our luggage for five hours on the day of check-out. I highly recommend staying here for adults. Tips from Airport You will arrive at the central bus station after taking the train. It would take you about twenty minutes to walk there, but Piazza del Ferrarese is only three bus stops away. The entire-day bus ticket only cost us €2.50 each. Taxis cost €25 to the airport.

Nothing from our side. The flat is split into two floors; the toilet is downstairs, and the double bed and couch bed are upstairs. The stairs are really slippery, so you have to use caution when using the restroom during the night. If it has non-slip safety, it would be better. The stairwell is unsafe for children; they could fall from upstairs because it has only rod sticks to grasp onto. I don't recommend it for elderly people or young children.
