La ubicación, la iluminación y distribución del apartamento. Está en una zona tranquila pero a la vez accesible de llegar a las zonas turísticas.

Se oye todo lo de la calle, está fatal aislado. Faltan trapos para secar los platos y algo más de utensilios y una de las sartenes no es apta para inducción. Al utilizar el horno me las desee para sacar la comida caliente....

Apartment was clean, spacious welll located. Neighbourhood was quiet but centrally located only a short walk from bakeries, cafes supermarkets and a short pleasant walk to centre

Thus is just a little note to property managers - equipment very basic in kitchen - not enough cleaning materials (my friends - who like to cook when away on a break - asked me to include this here - though i have stayed in Porto before and think this may be quite typical). Also, about fridge - bottom compartment in door is not big enough to hold bottles - we had a couple of accidents where bottles fell out and broke/spilled on the floor.

The apartment was clean and fairly spacious. It is advertised as around 100 m², though it didn’t feel quite that large in reality. As usual with many listings, the pictures look a bit different than in real life. The location is quite good and not far from the city center, which makes it convenient for exploring the area. Overall, the apartment itself is comfortable and decent, and for a short stay it works well.

The biggest problem was the lack of important information in the listing. We booked the apartment as a group of friends specifically so we could have privacy and flexibility during our stay. However, it was not mentioned in the description that only one key is provided. This information was given only a few days before arrival, when it was already too late to cancel. If you want a second key, you have to pay an additional fee, and many other small extras also come with additional charges. Because this was not clearly explained beforehand, it felt misleading and disappointing. For families it may work well, but for a group of friends it is inconvenient unless you want to pay extra. Due to the lack of transparency, I cannot give it a high score or strongly recommend it.

El apartamento es mejor incluso que en las fotos. Simplemente perfecto.

Desayuno no había....la ubicación está bastante bien.

No tiene aire acondicionado.

La limpieza muy mal, no habían limpiado debajo de las camas y sofás en mucho tiempo. Por no hablar de los utensilios de cocina. Las alfombras muy sucias. Hay una fuga de agua en el calentador de la cocina y dejaron un cubo debajo, que tuvimos que vaciar varias veces. Ni siquiera avisaron y cuando informamos de la situación no nos dieron ningún soporte ni solución. A parte de eso el piso no aísla nada cualquier ruido de la calle. No lo recomiendo en absoluto

Amplitud y buena ubicación,se aparca bien.

Echamos de menos material para limpieza, no había fregona, ni tampoco para limpieza del baño, cepillo y recogedor muy deteriorados. En mi reserva ponía parking y luego no pudo ser.
