The apt is spacious and clean, located in a quiet local area, but easy access to the city centre (old town), the Campanha station and the airport. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom has bathtub which is rare in BnB, there’s also an additional toilet 🚾. Parking is gated in basement, the gate remote control was left by the TV for us. It is a rare apt that has two spacious bedrooms, 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. My partner and I travel with two friends so this is the best option we could find for our holiday in Porto (we notice Porto BnB often comes with a double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room, only good for a family of 4 travelling with children). The two big sofas in this apt can be dubbed as sofa bed (1 double, 1 single). Highly recommend this place if you are travelling in a group up to 7 people. But only one shower/bathtub will not be enough in the summer heat. All rooms come with an electric fan, although quite loud but acceptable, or just open the windows, quite cool at night. The outside streets aren’t that busy as it’s not main streets, but the neighbourhood is very quiet so can hear cars passing by, but the noise is acceptable. Generally a very nice and safe neighbourhood. I’m very pleased we chose this area, any BnB in city centre will have noise issues. There’s obvious wear and tear especially in the bathroom and toilet, but acceptable, not as much problem as other guests previously mentioned. The shelves in the double bedroom are also falling, again wear and tear, but I reported it to GuestArtsy.

Just wish there’d be more cutlery so we can run the dishwasher once every 3-4 meals.

El piso era muy luminoso y espacioso. Cómodo y buena ubicación.

Good location. Great space and fully equipped kitchen

No idea how we managed to not notice that the property had no air-con when we booked it! But this was an issue for us in August in Porto. We were beyond hot despite the vast number of fans available. Not the fault of the property but an error on our part. The parking. Excellent to have the parking space and for us it was needed, but the allocated space is at such an odd angle that it makes parking extremely challenging for anything other than a tiny car. Not even that easy to get in and out of the parking garage without some fancy manoeuvres.

La ubicación y la amplitud del apartamento. Nos resolvieron rápidamente las incidencias que comentamos.

Falta de mantenimiento en general. La cortina del baño estaba llena de moho por la parte inferior debido a la humedad, algo que pedimos que cambiaran por ser el baño una estancia sensible en la que se espera mayor esmero en la limpieza. Varias baldas y portarrollos de papel higienico estaban medio caídas. De 2 sartenes había una que no valía para inducción. El ventilador del.salon estaba roto y un cuadro de la habitación también roto. Tampoco había ningún producto de limpieza y la aspiradora tampoco funcionaba bien. A favor indico que cuando lo comunicamos (lo más importante para mi era la cortina de la ducha) la cambiaron al dia siguiente, el ventilador pusieron uno nuevo, y me dejaron una sarten nueva. Una pena porque el piso está estupendo pero faltaba mantenimiento.

La amplitud, ubicación.

Hay que dejar utensilio de limpieza como una rodea una bayeta y estaba algo escaso en menaje la plaza de aparcamiento es amplia pero con difícil acceso para vehículos grandes y sobre todo a la entrada y salida del mismo. La entrega de llaves es un tanto peculiar.

No coffee table, one side of the sofa was broken, loose handle in the bath tab, shelf in one of the bedrooms hanging loose.

The location was very good, we could parc our car on the street, the video how to find the apartment key was very helpful. apartment easy to find, clean, had all necessary amenities. would stay again for sure
