Quiet, gated oasis near downtown Lexington

Beautiful renovated property, nice 1 BR apt. stocked kitchen, large tvs, tall windows and comfortable space. We were only there one night but it would be great to stay longer. The outdoor porch and garden also was inviting. Easy checkin , not staffed but responsive booking replies.

When we first approached the house at night the neighborhood appears a bit run down. however we had no issues with noise or crime and in the morning it was apparent it is simply more of a bohemian neighborhood. On- Street parking wasn’t an issue for our one night stay.

Clean, well appointed with good parking and the bonus of very nice outdoor area.

Very clean and spacious room, and very conveniently located for the price. Everything was very comfortable and far exceeded my expectations. Lovely going back to after a long day.

Living room light remote was a bit tricky to use and didn't seem to respond half the time. Possibly low on batteries?

Meticulously prepared! So clean and beautifully decorated. The apartment was secure and had everything I needed. The shower was amazing and that couch is insanely comfortable. Excellent proximity to UK - 10 minutes or less

The place was so cool. I loved the old house into apartment type hotel rooms. Very clean and had everything I needed to have a comfortable weekend stay. I would recommend this place to anyone and will probably be back in the next few months.

I was a little confused on parking when I got there late at night, but figured out there was an alley behind the house to the parking area.

Place inside is well kept & nice.

The area/location doesn't have restaurants. Area is 2 miles from downtown, quite neighborhood. Looks of the area in general is not well-kept.
