monstera homestay (Lenggong)

Don't let the building's ancient facade fool you. Behind the door, you'll find a clean and spacious interior that's ideal for families. The building appeared quite old from the street, but I was pleasantly surprised when I unlocked the door. The interior was not only good, but also clean and spacious, making it an excellent choice for our family.

Not enough parking space for more vehicles. No fence but that’s fine because the neighbourhood is nice even the uncles are so warm and friendly.

não gostámos de Lenggong. A cidade tem pouco que ver e nenhum ou quase nenhum valor acrescentado para um turismo ocidental. O entorno paisagísitco é soberbo mas melhor se recomenda ficar num dos muitos alojamentos rurais existentes. Aqui estamos numa rua traseira, sem particular interesse. A casa é espaçosa e asseada, os 3 quartos são pequenos mas as camas estão limpas, cuidadas e asseadas. A casa é super humilde de autoconstrução e não existe propriamente nenhum valor acrescentado nesta estadia. Ficámos a alamentar não ter ido dali de imediato ou para Sepetang ou para Ipoh. Creio que são melhores opções que permanecer uma noite nesta pequena aldeia

The location is good. It is right in the heart of town and very convenient for food.

1. The place is a bit dusty, so those with sensitivities might want to take note. 2. It's a traditional refurbished Chinese kampung house, the walls are thin, so noises from the next room or outside can be heard quite easily. If you're a light sleeper, bring along some earplugs. 3. The bedroom has only blinds and no curtains, so light from the street and early morning sun can make it hard to sleep in. An eye mask would come in handy. 4. The upstairs rooms tend to get quite humid in the afternoon, even with the aircon set to the coldest setting. Unfortunately, there are no fans provided in the rooms to help with air circulation.

Love the super clean unit and spaciuos space. Will definitely book again
