Pine Shima Resort Coral Fish

If you're hoping to hit the quiet, northern chunk of Ishigaki, this is a reasonably priced, nice little guesthouse. Nicely secluded off the main road, with a little supermarket and lunch spot (the only ones this far north) nearby, if it's peace and quiet you're looking for, this is the spot. The quiet, secluded beach is only a short walk away and, the hotel being msotly empty, I slept at night with the widows open and the forest/jungle/sea sounds were a blessing. Loved it.

If you want a bit of craic at night there's no point coming this far north, there's nothing going on (apart from Taira Family, five minutes away, who'll happily pick you up and drop you off) so this place might not be for some. I made the mistake of booking this place without breakfast and the eating-out options this far north are very thin on the ground,

宿から徒歩約5分で東向きの綺麗な明石ビーチが有るので、天気が良ければ気軽に美しい朝日を拝むことが出来る絶好のロケーションにある。部屋は静かで、バストイレも清潔に保たれていて快適に過ごせた。また、提供された朝夕2食の食事は和風・洋風を入れ替えてとても美味しく楽しめた。スタッフは気さくで親切。見どころ等に関して適切な助言をしてくれて助かった。

Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Les repas étaient typiques et excellents. Notre hôte a tout fait pour nous recevoir au mieux et que nous passions un excellent séjour. Nous reviendrons.

Chambre simple et confortable, le balcon donnant sur la rivière et les arbres fait toute la différence, on peut y écouter les concerts de grenouilles la nuit! La gérante est accueillante et arrangeante.

Des lampes de chevet seraient les bienvenues. On a pris la formule avec diner et petit déjeuner inclus car il y a très peu d’endroits pour diner aux alentours, mais je ne le recommande pas vraiment, la qualité était décevante pour les standards japonais .

The room is clean, and spacious than the photos shown online. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful☺️ she tried to explain everything to us even though she can only speak very limited English (and I don’t speak Japanese), and she even called for us to make the dinner reservation. The location of the resort is perfect for us - just 5 minutes walk to the beach! It’s not a beach you can swim but it’s not a touristy place so we got to enjoy some quiet sunbathing time and also a wonderful sunrise!

The air conditioner might be old - it was a bit noisy and not really functioning well (we set the temperature quite low already but still felt like 26/27℃）. As for the location, we have no issues with it, just a reminder to everyone - make sure you book the dinner with the resort or restaurant nearby in advance, or you’ll find everything’s closed after late afternoon.

Estaba muy limpio y las personas que llevan el alojamiento son encantadoras. A pesar de no hablar el mismo idioma se esforzaban por entendernos y darnos buenas recomendaciones

旅館在石垣最北的鄉鎮地區，位置在明石沙灘附近，遠離巿中心，環境相當清淨及悠閒，是放鬆心情的好地方。 房間寬敞，厠所基本的設施足夠，水壓夠力、熱水充足。 旅館提供早餐及晚餐，味道很好。 店員非常友善及樂於幫助解答問題。

旅館的入口看來不多似，旅館招牌在左邊的牆上。 鄉鎮地區很少食店，遇到“公休日”要解決午餐會有問題，旅館最好提醒旅客自備些小乾糧。冷氣機有嘈聲及冷凍量有些小不足

The owner was incredibly kind and careful of our safety and our comfort. Just for her i would recommend this place 100%. The room was really clean too and it’s far from commodities but at least there is a supermarket close to it. About the beach, even though it is a bit dirty because the water rise at night, it was really calm and the water was beautiful even during cloudy days

Just the AC which maybe i did adjust wrong but it was a bit hot in the room and the beds which are hard (but it’s pretty common in ishigaki)
