Herzlicher, liebevoller Service und tadellose Sauberkeit sind hier selbstverständlich. Die Gastgeberin steht mit Rat und Tipps zur Seite. Das kleine italienische Frühstück mit Gebäck, Obst, Croissants fanden wir lecker. Man sollte gut zu Fuß sein. Der Bahnhof und die Innenstadt sind in 30 Minuten Fußweg erreichbar. Die relativ feste Matratze war für uns kein Problem. Die Klimaanlage war sehr bedienerfreundlich. Das Bad verfügt über eine geräumige Dusche. Parken war kostenlos gegenüber des Hotels möglich.

Das Angebot ist ehrlich und fair. Wir haben nichts, aber auch gar nichts zu beanstanden.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel e siamo rimasti incantati dalla vista spettacolare che offriva la camera numero 5 😍 Svegliarsi e ammirare questo panorama è stato un sogno.La camera era un vero e proprio quadro vivente, pulita, profumata e curata in ogni dettaglio. Il personale è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca una fuga romantica a due passi dalle Cinque Terre! Torneremo sicuramente!

Vista Pulizia Cortesia dello staff, intervenuto subito per aiutare a migliorare il problema di comfort del materasso, migliorato ma ahime, non risolto.

Letto veramente duro come marmo.Nonostante la proprietà sia intervenuta il secondo giorno fornendo un topper, il problema non è stato risolto. Zona esterna non curata. Camere senza adeguato buio per dormire, la stanza si illumina a giorno dall'alba. Camere non insonorizzate. Gli infissi sono nuovi ed isolano bene dall'esterno, mentre gli interni no, si sente ogni cosa dal corridoio e dalle stanze confinanti. Bagno senza spazi di appoggio. Parcheggio difficile in giornate di pieno turismo. La struttura ha bisogno di lavori di rinnovo, sia all'interno, sia all'esterno. Per lo stato attuale e la generale mancanza di comfort, il prezzo non è affatto giustificato.

The view from our room was amazing, the cleanliness and friendly staff, Violetta was very informative and helpful. Property felt secure. The continental breakfast had a decent selection.

The tap or shower being turned on was noisy and no soundproofing in the rooms. Luckily we had quiet neighbours. The walk was up hill from the centre of La Spezia but that’s how you get the beautiful views.

The breakfast was very good value for money. The member of staff who prepared the breakfast and looked after you in the morning was very attentive and efficient. The Ca Leon is beautifully situated away from the tourist crowds with a wonderful view across the town and port of La Spezia and the surrounding hills.

The bathroom was quite cramped for space, especially the toilet and entry and exit of the shower. There were no hooks for hanging towels to allow them to dry after usage. The balcony was too windy to hang towels although the weather was perfect for drying.
