Fijne locatie met mooi uitzicht als je balkon hebt, goed ontbijt, prima met bus naar centrum en trein station.

Eigenlijk niks maar het naar boven lopen ging steeds moeilijker. .

Amazing views over La Spezia, great to have 2 balconies. Lovely bright room. Breakfast simple but very nice. Staff were very helpful. Nice to get away from the crowds of people in Cinque terre. La Spezia an interesting city to explore.

A bit of a hike to and from the train station and the city center, about 20 to 25 mins walk.

We had a truly lovely stay here, made even more special by Ismail’s warmth, kindness, and genuine care for guests. You can really feel the heart and passion behind the way this place is run — which is quite rare nowadays. The place has a beautiful location with amazing views. They kindly allowed us an early check-in free of charge, were very flexible throughout the stay, and communication via WhatsApp was super easy, even for arranging breakfast during the day. We were also traveling with a pet and were proactively upgraded to a bigger room during the off-season, which we really appreciated. The room was as described, self check-in was smooth thanks to the clear instructions, and parking was easy. We also appreciated having access to the shared kitchenette and coffee machine. Breakfast was simple, but everything was fresh and very fair for the price. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and felt very welcome. Thank you, Ismail, for your kindness and hospitality 😊

Personnel très agréable et très serviable !

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour aux Cinque Terres. Très bon accueil à Ca Leon. Une vue imprenable sur la ville et la mer dans une chambre avec un petit balcon où on resterai des heures à contempler l'horizon.

Location is great with fantastic views over La Spezia … but beware it’s a long walk down hill/steps to the town centre ! Lovely breakfast at only €5! And Ismaiel makes a great coffee ! Super clean throughout. bedroom and bathroom are somewhat basic but nice size and practical . Super friendly service from Ismaiel .

Mattress not great … but we faced the same issue in all the italian hotels we stayed at !?

Toller Ausblick über La Spezia und sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Bei uns war alles super ! Restaurant-Tip. Geht zur Osteria il Vignale. Sehr gutes Essen und noch sehr ehrliche Preise. Mit dem Auto ca. 5 min entfernt.
