The location is great and the sea view is amazing. The penthouse is well laid out and looks very nice and the small pool on balcony is a plus and intimate. Location of penthouse is also very intimate as on far side. It is secured and have a nice parking area. It is also very nice to access directly the lagoon and go for snorkeling. Water shoes or palms are recommended for flic en flac beach.

There was no air conditioning in the living area which is the main and biggest place and it gets hot in the afternoon which is ok whilst the glass door are opened but upon sundown or sunrise there are many mosquitos and you need to close the terrace sliding doors. Without the air con in the living room it is then unbearable on very hot days. This is unfortunate and unexpected for the price of the property. We have enquired about it and Christine informed us that this service is not part of those offered by the property and this is included in the advert / offer for it. Having looked back I did not see such specification in the advert for it. This is a pity. Other than that some items could be refreshed - in real was with some green moisture, pans and others for cooking are really used and some door handles are not well attached.

The beach front apartment we had on the ground floor was 40 steps from the ocean The beach & ocean at Flic n Flac is magnificent Great for long walks and swims 🏊🏼‍♂️ Very comfortable for 4 pax Great for self catering

We loved the location and view straight onto the beach. Amazing sunsets. The apartment was nicely furnished and comfortable and the lift made things easier for our son with variable mobility. Pamela was also lovely and very helpful, late checkout was much appreciated :) easy parking and close to shops

Small things. There could've been more mugs and glasses, not really enough for 6 people. BBQ igniter wasn't working and no matches to get it started but fortunately we made a plan.
