the oven and safe weren't working. we had to got a new safe in a couple of days but the oven wasn't repaired while we stayed there.

Very spacious and modern penthouse apartment. We stayed in D5. Lots of privacy. Kind of sheltered from the wind. Bed, shower and rooms was very comfortable. The apartment is managed by a Lady (Pamela) who is very helpful, informative and friendly. Thanks for your help during our stay Private pool on the veranda was very nice. Not heated. Really nice views all day long. The big sliding doors leads out to an amazing veranda. Great place for family or friends. Loads of seating and loungers Even a washing machine in the apartment! Security on site Dedicated parking. Lovely beach with great snorkelling right in front of the property.

We had an issue with kitchen sink drainage smelling. Once reported, action was quickly taken on various options over a couple of days to resolve. Thanks for your efforts. Shared area pool downstairs missing a few tiles. This is a minor issue too be honest. Place is great! Think this is probably the management company that needs to resolve this. But from the standard of the apartment, they should get this sorted.

Location is very good. We can see the sunset directly from our apartment. It's in the ground floor and the back door is directly in front of the beach. Sand in the Beach is very soft and clean. Kids love it. Facility is very good. Private Swimming pool for the complex. Kitchen is also complete with everything u need.

Shower in the second room is not as clean as i expected. The cleaning lady doesn't come on the second day. But fauzianah solved it the next day. Apartment was very clean afterwards.

Awesome location and view. Very modern apartment with all amenities. Great pool area with free sunbeds. In house spa treatment can be ordered. The same for a private chef cooking your meal. Closed of compound with guard.

we spent the best 5 days of our vacation in cap ouest. This penthouse has the best location in the entire complex and offers complete privacy in Flic en Flac with an absolutely perfect beach in front of the property. The private pool is the highlight of the entire accommodation. I will remember the sunsets on the terrace for the rest of my life. Every day the penthouse was cleaned and also the pool is maintained by the staff of the complex. It has never happened to me that I want to spend more time in accommodation than outside, but here I do. We were very sad to leave this accommodation and want to come back. We had our own car and this destination is perfect as a starting point for all trips if you don't want to be staying in several places. There are two smaller grocery stores near the accommodation, but if you want a larger selection, I recommend the Jumbo express store, about five minutes away by car. For dinner you must visit the Rib & Reef restaurant - 15 minutes walk from the accommodation. They have the best seafood plate. Once again many thanks for this unbeliavable accomodation and we will come back!

Very nice penthouse with big living room and beautiful terrace. The beach is in the front of property. Amazing view!!!

Everything is good

Loved the view and the freedom to enjoy the private balcony with easy access to the beach. perfect size for a family of four with two good bathrooms and comfortable beds.

Would have been good to have 4 sun loungers on the balcony.
