Cliff Top Heights-Beach front house near Brighton

Totally understand dogs would not be allowed on the sofas or beds, but a little disappointed that the dogs had to stay on ground floor, when the lounge is on the first floor, so most of the time sitting in kitchen/dining area.

Amazing property, very cozy and clean, everything newly furnished and kept to the highest of standards. Astonishing views of the sea, particularly from the top-level bedroom. The kitchen has everything one might need, there is an amazing dining space, and a separate lounge room with a super comfy sofa that can easily accommodate 12 people. The hosts are also lovely and very helpful.

The only minor disadvantages is that the property is located next to quite a busy road (making it not very pleasant to spend time in the garden or on the balconies). Also note that hot tub is available for an extra charge.

House is really great. Locations is pretty amazing, you wake up overlooking the sea.

A good house with all the items needed to cater for yourself and get a few days of rest and relaxation.

The main road and roadworks outside on 2 days from 1800-0200 It would have been nice to have a floor plan so we could organise the bedrooms prior to arrival.

We all had a lovely stay at Cliff Top Heights. We were greeted with a very warm welcome. The house is a beautiful place to stay, comfortable for the entire family. The beds are comfy, it has nice showers, plenty of space for us all, easy parking and we had everything we needed. It is only a short bus ride to the Brighton Pier with the bus stopping just outside. Lovely little beach across the road, with toilets and a café. Really couldn’t have asked for more, would love to return next summer.
